Return and Refund:

1- The return and Refund period is 14 days; if there is any manufacturing defect with our spare parts.

2- The devices or components must be within warranty conditions to accept the Return and Refund request.

3- We will handle return and refund cases within two working days to determine the status of the device and its eligibility for refund or return.

 

In case we need to pick up the device to fix it:

1. Our team will hand you a receipt for the collection of your device with all details.

2. The process requires two working days (not including Friday and any vacation or day off).

3. we are not liable for any loss of data on the device, you should backup your data before we receive the device from you.

4. If we discover a liquid leak in the device, we will inform you to take your approval to start the liquid treatment process.

5. If any damage happens to the device during the repair process, we will be responsible for that damage. We will take full responsibility for solving the problem.
